1. Service description
TradeAudit provides independent technical analysis and walk-forward validation of trading strategies. Reports are delivered by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
2. Not financial advice
All reports and analysis provided by TradeAudit are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website or in any report constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. TradeAudit is not a licensed financial advisor and is not regulated by any financial authority.
3. Risk disclaimer
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. Any strategy that passes validation may still lose money in live trading. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
4. Limitation of liability
TradeAudit accepts no liability for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages of any kind resulting from use of our reports or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the audit report in question.
5. Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds are not available once a report has been delivered. If a report has not been delivered within 24 hours of payment, please contact hello@tradeaudit.org.
6. Strategy confidentiality
Strategy submissions are treated as confidential. We will not share, reproduce, or trade using submitted strategy logic. Submissions are deleted after report delivery.
7. Acceptable use
Reports are for the personal use of the purchasing customer only. Resale or redistribution of reports is not permitted.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Danish courts.
